*How to play:
*Preparation:
- Each team designates one person to give the signals, and one person to arrange the cards. The players giving signals sit on one side together, and the other players sit on another side.
- The teams decide together on to choose a random card from either the 6 or 9 color code cards.
- Based on the colors on the key cards, each team has to make sure they take enough cards. The players giving the signal hold onto the key card, while the other players arrange the cards they just took.
- Each team will receive an identical pair of code cards specific to their team. All players get one of these cards.
- The players arranging the cards set them up into 3 rows of 2 (for the 6 colored key cards) or 3 rows of 3 (for the 9 colored key cards).
*Game start:
- The signal players use the key card to help them tell their teammates how to arrange their cards, like to switch cards around, move them from left to right, etc. But they can only talk using the code from their code cards; no other words allowed. They can use gestures, space permitting, but they can’t touch the cards or get anywhere close to where the cards are being arranged.
- The players arranging the cards have to try their best to use their team’s code card to understand when their teammate is telling them to switch the cards around up and down, left and right, so that their cards match the arrangement of the key card.
*Game end:
- The game ends once one of the teams has arranged their cards so that they match their key card.
*Note: For the remaining rounds, the players can change out their key and code cards to make it more interesting.
