Description
The curriculum for the Vacation Bible School program, “Book of Ruth”, with the theme of FAITH – HOPE – LOVE will help our children open the pages of the Bible for themselves, read it with their own eyes, and repeat the words of the Bible out loud with their own mouths, as well as help them practice using Biblical and Christian vocabulary with their friends as they take part in this VBS program. Instead of before, where teachers would interpret the story and present it in a lesson-oriented way, God’s Word will be examined through 3 STEPS:
- I STUDY: Each them will have their own tent to study the Bible by themselves along with some activities that will get them engaged.
- I STUDY WITH FRIENDS: This step is where they’ll practice using Biblical vocabulary and have a chance to learn from what their friends have experienced and discovered.
- I STUDY WITH MY TEACHER: Teachers will combine their creativity with the tools that have been prepared for them beforehand to communicate the Word of God found in the text. Afterwards, they will explain what it means.
